Project Role Description: Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers to ensure high-quality delivery of SAP development projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and project managers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
Design, develop, and optimize SAP custom code using ABAP and related technologies.
Serve as the subject matter expert on ABAP development, offering technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
Drive the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology within the team and across projects.
Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles and practices.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and address technical or resource challenges to meet deadlines.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development
Strong expertise in ABAP programming, including Reports, Module Pool, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and IDOCs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP development projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing development teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
In-depth understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology, with experience applying SAFe in large-scale enterprise environments.
SAP certification or equivalent training in ABAP development.
Experience with Fiori/UI5 development and SAP Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including automated testing for SAP development.
Knowledge of integration tools
