Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your primary focus will be on translating client requirements into innovative and effective solutions. We are seeking an experienced CATIA Client Support Specialist with 9–12 years of expertise in CAD-based modeling and PLM integration. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining CATIA workflows within the Dassault 3DX/ENOVIA PLM platform, ensuring smooth operations for rigid (bottle) and corrugate (carton) packaging modeling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of complex applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET, WPF, and CATIA CAA.
• Troubleshoot issues related to CATIA modeling and integration with Dassault 3DX/ENOVIA PLM.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing CAD workflows for rigid and corrugate packaging models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and PLM-related challenges.
• Document support processes, issue resolutions, and best practices.
• Train and guide end-users on CATIA functionalities and PLM integration.
• Ready to support project in different Shifts.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Core Languages & Frameworks:C#.NET, ASP.NET, WPF, VBA, C++, CATIA Automation APIs, CATIA CAA
• APIs & Services: Web Services, MVVM Architecture, MobileSSO
• Data Management:Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Tools & Development Environment:Git (Version Control), TortoiseSVN, Bruno/Postman, Confluence, Agility
• Architecture & Design: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns (e.g., MVC), CATIA CAA
• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux.

Additional Information:

• 9 to 12 years of professional experience in CAD customization and PLM support.
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise-scale CAD/PLM environments.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with packaging design processes and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in global support environments with cross-functional teams.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
