Project Role: Enterprise Solution Architect

Project Role Description: Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure Salesforce applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing technical guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the overall success of the projects you oversee.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME in Salesforce platform
• Requirement understanding
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• High level design and solutioning with documentations
• Estimation of the requirements
• Ensure code and configuration is done to meet business process and application requirements
• Ensure on time and quality delivery
• Project Management
• Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting, team management
• Good work experience in implementing salesforce specific design patterns
• Implemented best practices to manage large volume data
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have 8-10 years experience in Salesforce Development projects with hands on experience in Apex, LWC coding skills.
• Solution Architect experience is a must.
• Must have experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud
• Should be able to drive greenfield implementations with architect inputs for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Integrations with Service Now, Workday etc.
• Expert Level understanding of different Salesforce products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Good work experience in implementing Salesforce specific design patterns
• Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits
• Salesforce Application/System Architect certification
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
