Project Role Description: Design and deploy telecommunication network infrastructures. Manage construction and adaptation services for new and existing point of presence and base stations. Implement, commission and decommission network equipment.

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and maintaining network environments and working on network implementation projects. Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls is required, along with familiarity with cloud platforms. Manage team of network engineers across regions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to develop network strategies.
• Should know how to lead and deliver network engagements across different implementation approaches including exceptional understanding of client business processes.
• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Conduct network assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Document network configurations and procedures.
• Should know how to lead business case creation for network design to implementation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to tools, practices, and maturity
• Identify Automation possibilities and drive automation projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Manage technical resources team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Proven workload management & Flexibility in 24/7 shifts
• Skilled in collaborative problem-solving and clearly communicating technical issues and solutions to stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Cisco routers, switches, Juniper Switching, Versa SDWAN, Cisco Wireless, F5 Load balancer (LTM, GTM)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Expertise in at least one area: Cisco routers, switches, SDWAN, Wireless, Load balancer

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7-10 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
