Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, and leveraging global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets to achieve project goals. You will play a crucial role in driving project success and ensuring that security services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sail Point IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks and regulations.
• Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Sail Point IdentityIQ.
• This position is based at our Noida office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
