Job Summary

Join our Finance Process Architecture team, where you'll help connect business needs with technology solutions. You'll work on improving and supporting tax processes and tools, both in SAP and other systems, to make things run smoother and stay compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support finance projects through all phases from planning to deployment. This includes documenting requirements, designing solutions, testing, launching, and managing changes

• Develop expertise in tax processes and share your knowledge and best practices with business teams

• Work with stakeholders to design and launch solutions that support Accenture and Tax leadership goals, collaborating closely with CIO teams, project leads, other finance groups, and tax experts

• Understand how SAP and non-SAP finance systems work to support operations and suggest improvements

• Support the month-end financial close by:Coordinating and completing assigned tasks

• Validating (intercompany billing) data in SAP to ensure accuracy

• Identifying and helping resolve Tax-related issues with minimal risk

• Representing Tax in cross-functional discussions to fix high-priority financial data issues

• Analyzing large data sets and creating custom reports as needed

• Support internal control requirements, including critical report validations

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant with 4 years’ experience, or
• Certified Managerial Accountant + Bachelor’s in Accounting with 5–6 years’ experience.

Work Requirements

Overtime may be required during monthly financial close, SAP releases (twice a year), urgent issue resolution, or when working with global teams across time zones.

Professional Development Skills

• Business process design and improvement experience

• Champion the concepts of simplification, process improvements, and standardization

• Proficiency in SAP Finance and Microsoft Office (Power BI, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)

• Independent thinker and self starter

• Strong individual contributor, with analytical and problem-solving skills

• Interest in applying innovative methods and new technologies

• Communication skills, demonstrating ability to work and communicate effectively in English, with wide range of individuals from business and technical background

• Exhibit flexibility and resilience in changing conditions

• Demonstrate a positive attitude in challenging situations

• Effectively manage fast-paced operations and high volume of transactions, as well as multiple priorities.
