Job Title: Manager – Data & AI Client Delivery

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Data & AI – Growth Network

Reports To: Managing Director / Practice Lead – Data & AI

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager with strong Data & AI expertise to lead end-to-end delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, engaging with executives and technical stakeholders, designing data & AI-driven solutions, and ensuring successful project execution aligned with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management

  • Lead the delivery of Data & AI projects across multiple industry verticals
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements
  • Develop project plans, manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, conduct executive briefings, and manage project governance
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and performance standards

Data & AI Solution Leadership

  • Translate business problems into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions
  • Work with architects and data scientists to design scalable data & AI strategies
  • Guide design & implementation of data pipelines, analytics workflows, and ML models
  • Oversee model lifecycle management including training, testing, deployment, and monitoring
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, GenAI, and cloud adoption

Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence

  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, data engineers, and data scientists
  • Conduct capability development, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Establish delivery best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets

Business Development

  • Support pre-sales efforts, including proposal development, solution decks, and effort estimation
  • Participate in client pitches, demos, and workshops
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and partnership expansion

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field will be preferred.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Data & AI/Analytics consulting or delivery roles
  • Proven experience managing large-scale data & AI projects and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Good understanding of modern data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), data engineering, and MLOps
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools, LLMs, NLP, and associated cloud services
  • Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills (Agile/Scrum preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting or IT services environment
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), PMP/Agile, or Data/AI specialties
  • Experience with AI governance, data privacy, and MLOps frameworks
