Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to discuss challenges, documenting technical processes, and providing solutions to enhance system performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all technical documentation is accurate and up to date, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team and the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to support system operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Technical Documentation.
  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Android Application Development.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation for technical processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Documentation.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
