Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain COBOL programs for banking systems.

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems.

• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in COBOL programming.

• Previous experience in the banking sector.

• Knowledge of core banking systems.

• Willingness and ability to learn other technologies.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

• Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written (mandatory).
