YOU can help us get there. We’re looking for a dynamic, insight and data orientated Mar Comms lead (UK) to focus on increasing usage for our chargers, launching new sites as well as demand partners.
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized individual to join pulse as Planning & Content Manager. Reporting to the Head of Brand, Content and Planning, you’ll be part of the Global Marketing and Communications team, which is responsible for setting overarching marketing strategies, creating processes to simplify our workflows in each market, driving brand awareness, consideration and purchase intent. You’ll need to build a close working relationship with pulse’s local market teams and collaborate closely with the Accenture Hub.

  • As Planning & Content Manager, you’ll work with the Head of Brand, Content and Planning to understand local markets’ content and creative needs – helping to translate them into clear, annual and quarterly demand plans for the Accenture Hub to execute. Working with the Hub Engagement Manager (HEM), you will track each markets’ activity against plan, identifying any risks to delivery timelines and ensuring we remain on-budget, and within allocated resources. You’ll also play a key role in helping to manage pulse’s global content calendar and our directory of global master assets – ensuring local markets have up to date, engaging and on-brand content that can rapidly be adapted and rolled-out at scale.What are we looking for? • Proven project management skills in a marketing planning role, including a track record of working teams to ensure briefs and content and creative are delivered on-time and withing budget / allocated resources
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently communicate insights and recommendations to teams
  • Strong business acumen and marketing expertise, e.g. understands importance of consistent marketing processes and asset reuse across markets in global, scale-up business
  • Experience of developing simple content and creative briefs for a range of marketing channels, including web and email
  • Highly collaborative, and confident building strong working relationships across multiple local markets
  • Proactive, with strong problem-soling skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of working with large, globally distributed teams with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Aprimo / Syn Ops Roles and Responsibilities: • Partner with local markets to set up and manage annual and quarterly demand plan documents; these must translate local market needs into clear deliverables for the Accenture hub (i.e. what is deliverable, number of units, date of brief submission, deadline for hub delivery)
  • Working with the HEM, help local markets to stay on-track with demand plans; this includes identifying when local markets need to submit briefs to the Accenture Hub, and collaborating with the Accenture Hub and local market teams to ensure approved content and creative reaches channel leads in time to meet distribution deadlines
  • Identify risks to plans (e.g. deviation from planned activity volumes, upcoming bottlenecks or delays) working with the Head of Brand, Content and Planning and HEM to define solutions
  • With the HEM, ensure planned activity remains within allocated budgets and resource; this includes reviewing the impact of any unforeseen, or reactive requests from local markets, and working with the Head of Brand, Content and Planning, and HEM to revise plans as needed
  • Identify opportunities to reuse and adapt content across markets, proactively supporting pulse’s drive to achieve economies of scale and build brand consistency
  • Help to manage global content calendar and global content directory; this includes briefing the hub to update existing content as required, with guidance from the Head of Brand, Content and Planning
  • Circulate updated content and creative to local markets, ensuring teams are aware of content available for adaptation; where content is global master, work with local markets to ensure local adaptations are updated as required
  • Help to keep pulse’s Aprimo environments tidy – organising related assets in collections, and working with the Aprimo librarian team to update and manage tagging as required
  • Adhere to, and champion, marketing ways of working – helping us to drive standardisation across markets. This includes ensuring any net new or updated global content receives necessary brand approvals
  • Be an advocate for pulse’s global brand, tone of voice and style guidelines – helping to ensure everything we deliver is consistent and of a high standard
  • Circulate reports from the hub, e.g. on asset reuse, and monthly organic social media performance, providing a high-level summary and recommendations to optimise activity
  • Help to manage budget tracker(s), including raising ad-hoc POs, and liaising with finance teams and local market teams as necessary
