Summary:
As a Data Science Practitioner, you will engage in the formulation, design, and delivery of AI and machine learning-based decision-making frameworks and models aimed at achieving significant business outcomes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop predictive models, and measure the effectiveness of AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring that they align with business objectives and deliver tangible value.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to ensure data quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
