About the Role:Accenture is seeking a Client Account Manager Support professional to join our team and work with one of the fastest growing players in social media. This role is pivotal in driving the success of advertising solutions by supporting our client’s Enterprise Sales Team with Account Management activities. You will play a key role in leveraging data-driven sales strategies and fostering strong, strategic partnerships to help clients achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Support: Support in the preparation for RFP meetings, conduct account planning research, develop media plans and campaign strategies.

  • Campaign Management: Set up campaigns, manage creative asset collection and approval, coordinate measurement studies, monitor pacing and delivery, and ensure campaign success.

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships: Independently engage with partners on campaign performance, optimizations, and new opportunities, ensuring their objectives are met through collaboration with internal teams.

  • Drive business growth through data-driven insights: Deeply understand partner goals, uncover customer objectives and challenges, translate data into actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and deliver compelling narratives to guide successful strategies and media outcomes.

  • Campaign Analysis: Provide comprehensive data insights, weekly performance updates, and detailed end-of-campaign reporting to evaluate and understand campaign outcomes effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in Marketing, Advertising, Enterprise or the Digital Industry, with expertise in social media, data analysis, account management and ads measurement.

  • Skills: Strong consultative sales skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital advertising technologies, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Social advertising, along with familiarity in campaign setup and optimization.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
