Role Summary:
A Service & Interaction Design Analyst supports deliveries such as: user flows, prototypes, low to high fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, design driven solutions, and customer journeys, to effectively communicates expected behavior, user experience, and ideation. They should be able to support leadership in multiple projects. Is expected to contribute in the coordination and execution of design tasks.
Scope & Complexity:

Support the Design Lead on particular tasks, projects and communications with other team members.

Requires discovery, analysis, conceptualization, and communicating design solutions.

Requires understanding of client needs and expectations to support strategic discussions with leadership, stakeholders, or product owners, to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Articulating, in written and verbal form: needs, expectations, challenges and solutions in an engaging matter, fostering trusting relationships with stakeholders and peers.

Assuming responsibility for their own design work outputs throughout the full project lifecycle.

Support usability studies, being moderated or unmoderated, in person or remotely.
-
Being able to support the creation of user journeys, sitemaps, interaction flows, wireframes, and other intermediate deliverables.

Support project team across disciplines: research, content, and visual.
Experience and Skills Required:
-
Minimum required education: High School Diploma
-
1-4 years of relevant experience in User Experience and User Interaction/Interface (supporting, design, UI, etc) digital products.
-
It is required to fluently speak English and Spanish to work with clients from around the globe.
-
Problem solving skills and methodologies as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Agile, problem framing and solution, information gathering among others.
-
Background on Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Business Design, Service Design, Product Design, User Research or similar.

Knowledge in wireframing and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
-
Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
-
Knowledge in digital solutions, accessibility, digital design trends, and working with interdisciplinary teams such as development or implementation teams.

Knowledge designing for mobile platforms (iOS guidelines, Material Design and Responsive Web Design).

Knowledge or interest in the use of in any of these areas: Behavioral Science, Designing for Cloud, Design Research, Sustainability, Spatial Design, Product Design.
