What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.

• Order Management involves order processing, Receive, process and confirm customer orders in the system. Ensure order accuracy in terms of pricing, product specifications, quantity, and delivery details Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders Work well with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.. Keyword includes (Order Processing, Order fullfilment" "Customer communication",Inventory Management)Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.**What are we looking for?**Act as a technical expert on order management processes, systems, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on complex issues.
• Support process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and process owners to address system issues or upgrades.
• Assist in developing and updating operational documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in order management, with deep system and process knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
