Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Network Manager to act as the primary interface between clients and enterprise-grade network systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in data center networking, load balancing, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies, with the ability to accurately define, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues. This role requires proven ability to lead incident response, troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, and drive continuous service improvements to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and uptime. Skilled in stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and operational leadership, with a track record of successfully managing projects, optimizing network operations, and delivering exceptional service experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customer technical teams to plan and execute the deployment of new network devices and technologies.
• Create and manage change requests in ITSM tools, implement approved changes, perform validation and testing, and ensure successful handover to the client.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support during deployment to resolve any network-related issues and ensure smooth delivery service.
• Combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to build, support, and evolve enterprise-grade networks that meet the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in designing, architecting, and deploying complex enterprise network infrastructures, including Cisco and Juniper data center switches and routers, to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong background in network solution design, including topology planning, device selection, routing architecture, and capacity planning to meet evolving business and application demands.
• Designed and implemented data center networking solutions, enterprise-grade wireless architectures, F5 load balancing strategies, and SD-WAN deployments that deliver secure, scalable, and highly available connectivity across multi-site environments.
• Led the end-to-end network lifecycle — from requirements gathering and high-level design (HLD) to low-level design (LLD), implementation, validation, and handover — ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Experienced in team leadership and mentoring, managing cross-functional network engineering teams to deliver design projects, deployments, and operational initiatives on time and within scope.
• Oversaw incident, change, and problem management processes, ensuring efficient triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical network events, while driving continuous service improvements and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to translate business and application requirements into detailed network designs, including LAN/WAN segmentation, routing protocol selection, traffic engineering, and high-availability architectures.
• Planned and executed network upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects, including hardware refreshes, service pack rollouts, and security policy enforcement — all with minimal downtime and zero service disruption.
• Designed and deployed secure VPN solutions (IPsec, site-to-site, SSL VPN) to enable robust remote connectivity and secure inter-site communication as part of overall network architecture.
• Led capacity planning, performance forecasting, and network growth modeling, enabling scalable design decisions that support future virtualization, cloud adoption, and business expansion.
• Architected Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) fabrics, including tenant and policy design, EPG and contract modeling, and seamless integration with legacy and hybrid data center environments.
• Designed and implemented Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) architectures, including IP address management strategies, automated provisioning workflows, and policy-based DNS/DHCP services to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
• Delivered multi-vendor network designs incorporating Juniper routers and switches, integrating them with Cisco-based infrastructures to optimize interoperability, routing efficiency, and network security.
• Produced comprehensive design and operational documentation, including high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), network topology diagrams, change plans, configuration templates, and runbooks to support deployment and lifecycle management.
• Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in network operations, support, and infrastructure management roles within enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in supporting end-to-end network deployments, including configuration, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Experience in executing network transitions and transformations, contributing to large-scale migration projects and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures, processes, and best practices within the networking domain.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Willingness to support 24 7 operations in a rotational shift model, including participation in on-call escalation support when required.
