What would you do? The Marketing Service Analyst plays a critical role in supporting marketing activities through effective financial and contract management. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process from Purchase Order (PO) generation to Goods Receipt Note (GRN), ensuring accurate budget tracking and vendor payment management. The Associate will also provide timely reporting and analysis on spend and budget usage, and support multiple teams with financial coordination.
Key success factors include:

  • Ensuring 100% compliance on PO and GRN management.
  • Seamless Contract management.

  • Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • A graduate in Marketing Business Management or Management Finance. Roles and Responsibilities: PO generation and ensuring follow up with suppliers on timely receipt

  1. Track and manage all vendors payments and enlist new vendors in the system
  2. Manage all GRN activities
  3. Regularly track and provide insights into BSE usage and spend based on request
  4. Management of contract management online as well offline for all required vendors
  5. Additionally, the Marketing Service Executive will also be assisting Brand Campaigns by creating POs, keeping the team updated about the budgets.
