The Work
As an SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Associate Manager**, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP ECP solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable payroll solutions. Your expertise in SAP ECP will be critical in driving business success, ensuring compliance, and enhancing payroll operations. Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

Payroll Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.

Here’s What You Will Need
- Experience:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation, configuration, and support.

Proven track record of delivering SAP ECP solutions in complex, multi-country environments.

Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in SAP ECP, including payroll schemas, rules, and wage type configuration.

Strong knowledge of integration between SAP ECP and other modules like Employee Central and Time Management.

Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

- SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll certification is required; additional certifications in other modules are a plus.
