  • Project Management

  • Lead the response for MU specific projects for example, pay per performance, quality checks, communication plan (handbook always updated), SRM, Annual vendor performance survey, Christmas campaign, BDA reporting, Global Compact programs, Auditorias ESG…

  • Act as a business partner between our Category Leads and the various stakeholders e.g. the business, transformation and global projects to ensure the MU is set up to deliver project requirements in the most effective way

  • Identify and lead cross category projects to ensure frictionless delivery scoping and shaping projects to create minimal input from S&C leads enabling them to focus on category and stakeholders

  • Review and prioritise work and requests into the team to ensure our category leads have the time and headspace to work on more strategic work

  • Reporting & Compliance

  • Manage KPI reporting and dashboards for periodic category specific scorecard sessions to drive improvements within MU categories for P+ KPIs

  • Take the lead on improving our data usage to drive meaningful insights and reporting to the business to drive a more proactive procurement approach

  • Take the lead for MU specific data requests for example BSR/ Synops, spend analysis, V&A dashboard integration

  • Ensure compliance by analysing trends, detecting errors

  • Manage MU internal and external audit demands, optimize evidence collection and defend compliance in front of auditors: In FY24 P+ was involved in 15 audits in Spain and 6 in Portugal

  • Participate and assist MU Lead in all audits. Track MU effort, collecting evidence and keeping a history log to leverage in future occasions.

  • Provide of data in weekly governance calls

  • V&A

  • Lead our V&A work in the MU managing the interface with the Global team ensuring we are set up to deliver the pipeline of acquisitions

  • Establishing a governance framework to ensure we deliver the above pipeline and maximise the use of the shared service centre

  • Hold categories to account agreeing deliverables and ensuring actions are completed highlighting issues before they become overdue

  • Sustainability, diversity and inclusion

  • Act as SME and coordinate global guidance into the MU

  • Close interaction with local Responsible Company and Global Supplier Inclusion and Sustainability teams.

  • Ensure that tools, processes and procedures deployed in the MU optimize Sustainability, Inclusion perspective

  • Lead MU particular requirements, Memoria Anual, etc

  • IS &DP

  • Act as asset steward and coordinate activities with P+ team to ensure compliance

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Set up a reporting and governance structure to hold S&C leads to account on KPIs and deliverables tracking progress and unlocking issues that prevent moving forward.
