What would you do? Sourcing management:

• Support roll-out of global/regional sourcing initiatives within the ASG
• Leverage the standard Sourcing methodology to achieve significant value in sourcing, negotiation and contracting
• Provide support in upfront market research and supplier identification for all sourcing projects
• Perform supplier selection and negotiate commercial proposal with suppliers
• Prepare a recommendation report for stakeholders as a decision tool to help them selecting supplier(s)
• Award supplier(s)

Reporting:

• Assist in ad hoc reporting (if needed)

• Support quarterly spend and headcount analysis

• Review KPI related to the categories (PSL usage, Contract compliance, saving target, …) and take the proper actions.

• Analise data to provide new insights internally and towards data.

What are we looking for? •Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor`s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement or comparable professional education
• 3 years working experience in Procurement or Staffing Industry including:
• Experience in sourcing and/or contract negotiation and supplier management
  • Good understanding of Procurement processes
• Good understanding of Accenture’s industry
• Good experience in dealing with senior business executives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong relationship management skills and a proactive customer-focused approach

• Comfortable working in a matrix type organization

• Understanding of Accenture’s type of business model and staffing specifics connected thereto. Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written & oral), interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

• Forward and solution minded, team player and with high degree of self-management

• Adaptable and comfortable working with ambiguity

• Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution (preferably)

• Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately

• Comfortable navigating in a multicultural and broad environment and with all levels of the organization

• Proficient in MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel )

• (High level) understanding and experience in data analysis.

• Fluent in English. Roles and Responsibilities: •Buying process:

• Promote usage of negotiated contracts and monitor adoption rate to it

• Maintain preferred suppliers list

• Supplier management

• Promote greater use of Global or Regional Strategic Providers

• Manage local supplier relationships in line with Global Category and 360 Value Mgmt. strategy

• Deploy & adhere to global procurement process

• When applicable, support development of global end to end procurement process, templates and tools

• Modify the process, as required, to meet unique regional category specific requirements

• Ensure the highest level of compliance with local legislations, regulations and Accenture policies with the support of the Procurement Plus Risk team
