Summary:

You will design, configure, and enhance SAP FSCM Credit Management processes while leveraging AI assisted development tools and copilots to speed up requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. The role focuses on delivering robust customer credit evaluation, monitoring, and risk mitigation capabilities, integrating pre built AI services to improve accuracy and cycle times—without any need to develop custom AI models, RAG systems, or agentic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional & Technical Delivery
  • Configure and support SAP Credit Management processes including:
  • Credit Master Data & Scoring Rules
    • Credit Limits, Approvals & Exposure Management
    • Credit Checks (Static, Dynamic, Document based)
    • Credit Rules, Scoring Models & Risk Categories
    • Integration with SD, FI AR, Collections, and Dispute Management
  • Use AI copilots to accelerate creation of functional specs, configuration documentation, testing procedures, and process flow diagrams.
  • Support end to end delivery including requirements, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT support, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Coordinate integration with external credit agencies, scoring engines, and middleware (CPI/Boomi).
  • AI Assisted Productivity

Apply AI copilots for:

  • Requirement summarization
    • Impact analysis on credit rules and risk categories
    • Auto generation of documentation and test scripts
    • Faster troubleshooting of credit block and exposure issues
  • Integrate pre built AI services such as:
  • Intelligent customer credit scoring based on predefined models
    • Anomaly detection in customer payment patterns
    • Predictive signals on potential credit risk or defaults
    • Automated summarization of aging, exposure, or credit limit trends
  • Use LLM assisted analysis to identify recurring issues in credit blocks, document flows, and risk profiles.
  • Governance, Risk & Collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, credit governance, segregation of duties, risk policies, and financial controls.
  • Participate in stakeholder workshops, risk review discussions, and solution walkthroughs supported by AI generated insights.
  • Collaborate with SD, FI AR, Treasury, Collections/Disputes, and risk management teams to ensure end to end credit processes are optimized.
  • Develop reusable templates, configuration guidelines, SOPs, and AI enhanced best practices for FSCM Credit Management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • SAP FSCM Credit Management Expertise

  • Hands on experience with FSCM Credit Management including rule based scoring, credit control areas, credit segment management, limit approvals, and exposure calculations.

  • Strong understanding of integration with SD (credit checks), FI AR (exposure updates), and Collections/Disputes.

  • Familiarity with BAPI/BAdI enhancements, workflow rules, and credit risk matrices.

  • AI Ready Skills

  • Experience using AI copilots, LLM powered documentation tools, and AI assisted testing accelerators.

  • Ability to integrate pre built AI capabilities (not custom LLM or agentic architectures) into credit and risk workflows.

  • Understanding of responsible AI usage and limitations in finance and risk management contexts.

  • General Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities in financial risk, credit processes, and customer behavior analysis.

  • Ability to translate risk and credit policy requirements into scalable SAP configurations.

  • Effective communication and collaboration across finance, sales, and risk teams.

  • Continuous learning mindset with comfort adopting AI driven productivity tools.

  • Good to Have

  • SAP FSCM Certification (Credit Management).

  • Exposure to external credit agency integrations (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet).

  • Understanding of Treasury operations or IFRS/GAAP related to credit risk.

  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks or workflow automation tools.

  • Outcome Expectations

  • Deliver faster, more accurate SAP Credit Management solutions using AI assisted accelerators.

  • Improve credit decisioning, exposure accuracy, and risk mitigation effectiveness.

  • Operate as a bridge between Finance, Sales, Risk teams, SAP engineering teams, and AI native experts when deeper AI insights are required.
