Project Role Description: Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:

As a Senior Analyst/Analyst for Exchange and Office 365, candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and optimization of Exchange and Office 365 environments. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing email systems and collaborating with IT teams to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and administration of Exchange Server and Office 365 environments, including mailbox management, distribution groups, security groups, and permissions.
• Support migration projects from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online, including mailbox migrations and configuration of hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and performance of Exchange and Office 365 services.
• Assist in implementing and managing Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and other security measures to safeguard our email infrastructure against threats.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, policies, and procedures related to Exchange and Office 365 administration and usage.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new features of Exchange and Office 365 to support continuous improvement and optimization efforts.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to Exchange and Office 365.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to Exchange and Office 365 administration.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in managing and administering Microsoft Exchange and O365 in an enterprise environment.
• Previous experience or coursework related to Exchange Server and Office 365 administration is a plus.
• Basic understanding of email protocols, email security concepts, and PowerShell scripting is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to expand knowledge and grow within the Exchange and Office 365 domain.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 technologies.
• May need to work based on local time of the clients.
