Within Operations, our Sales Operations Transformation team is rapidly expanding. We take a bold and modern approach to sales excellence—combining deep operational expertise, cutting-edge technology, and data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and empower go-to-market teams to succeed.

  • The Sales AI/BI & Data Science team is responsible for inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision-making. Hands on with python programming & understanding of machine learning models. You will have to understand and interpret insights where applied statistics, pattern analysis, forecasting models, predictive analytics or similar methods have been used.What are we looking for? • Ability to manage multiple workstream and stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and agility for quick learning.
  • Ability to establish strong client relationship.
  • Ability to handle disputes.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge and experience in building forecasting models.
  • Sales Operations.
  • Microsoft Excel.
  • Sales Reporting & In-depth transformational project experience.
  • Transformation using automation levers and tech of Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Integration.
  • Good to have exposure to Microsoft Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot. Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from the inception to fruition and ensure the combined forces of tech and function deliver as expected.
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Work with Global teams, specialized teams across the functions to contribute to the project outcomes.
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.

  • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
  • You will be typically creating new solutions, leveraging and where needed adapting to the existing methods and procedures.
  • Your primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor team leads.
  • You will generally interact with peers and / or management level with clients or internal stakeholders.
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments.
