Summary: As a Data Platform Engineer, you will assist with the design and blueprint of the data platform, ensuring that all relevant components are effectively integrated. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, including Integration Architects and Data Architects, to create cohesive data models and systems that support the organization's data strategy. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact both your immediate team and the broader organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor and evaluate team progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Palantir Foundry.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Py Spark.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.
