As a Quality Lead you’ll play a pivotal leadership role within our Quality function. You’ll guide and empower a team of Quality Analysts, ensuring high standards, strong performance, and seamless alignment with program and client expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance.
What You’ll do:
- Lead the frontline of quality: Oversee the day-to-day activities of Quality Analysts within your assigned program, ensuring productivity, consistency, and adherence to QA standards.
- Turn insights into action: Monitor QA performance metrics, identify gaps or risks, and drive corrective actions in partnership with the QA Manager.
- Be the go-to expert: Act as the first point of contact for program-level QA topics, escalating critical issues when needed.
- Develop top QA talent: Coach, mentor, and support QAs—helping them sharpen their skills and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Keep delivery on track: Ensure smooth execution of QA activities while aligning team efforts with overall project and business goals.
- Communicate with impact: Share regular performance updates, insights, and program status with the QA Manager and key stakeholders.
- Uphold quality excellence: Ensure strict adherence to QA frameworks, SOPs, and compliance requirements across the team.
- Engage with clients: Provide quality updates, participate in calibration sessions, and represent QA with confidence and credibility.
- Drive continuous improvement: Conduct QA audits and contribute to strengthening quality practices and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
