Summary:

Seeking an IAM professional with 6-7 years of experience, specializing in Forge Rock AM, Forge Rock IDM, and Forge Rock DS. Proficient in SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth), troubleshooting, and production support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Forge Rock AM across various environments.
• Provide production support, perform debugging, and resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents.
• Develop and enforce policies for SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and MFA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose problem management strategies.
• Deliver service activity reports and ensure smooth IAM operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for IAM integrations and continuous enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Forge Rock AM, IDM, DS, and policy enforcement.
• Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SOAP, and WS-Security.
• Skilled in Java, JavaScript, and API development.
• Proficient in LDAP, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and application server environments.
• Experienced in RCA, debugging, and resolving high-priority issues.
• Proven ability to optimize IAM systems and provide effective break-fix support.

Additional Information:

• IAM or Forge Rock certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Willing to take on complex IAM challenges and support ongoing improvements.
