Summary:

As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will collaborate with diverse teams, guiding them through complex challenges and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for architecture, design and development of AI/ML based applications on Google Cloud Platform
• Be the hands-on Python developer and architect responsible for the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features
• Good experience and understanding of using SQL/Big Query and AI/ML services on GCP
• Architects lead on full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through development, implementation, and rollout
• Architects have the flexibility to be creative and impact designs with a “blank slate” development mentality within the general boundaries of clients’ expectations
• Design and code for Proof of Concepts with New Functionality/Technology
• Work with Product Management by both listening and responding to business needs advocating for technology strategy
• Assist in change and release management protocols

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Data Services, Python (Programming Language), Google Big Query.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
