Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Functional and Application Design: Deliver functional and application designs that address current and future business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP HCM modules.

  • Team Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective project execution, driving alignment across various functions.

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership and strategic direction to clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP HCM Time Management projects.

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance time management processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure solutions comply with local labor laws, organizational policies, and industry standards.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the development and execution of test plans to validate configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.

  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.

Here’s What You Will Need

  • Master proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management, including configuration, compliance, and support.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management or related skills.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HCM projects.

  • Expert proficiency in Change Management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.

  • Master proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
