• 及时支持代表解决销售问题，计划和执行与代表的协同拜访，辅导和发展员工。
• 与内外部客户建立良好关系，发展和保留KOL。
• 上级主管安排的其他任务
• 遵循商业行为准则，合法合理开展业务活动

1、2年以上外资制药公司销售管理经验。

2、良好的专业知识和销售技巧，具备业务计划和分析能力。

3、具备领导力和影响力。

4、沟通能力强，善于谈判。

5、对医药市场有较好的理解和把握。

6、能够承受压力。
