Missions:

The appropriateness of information provision activities in Abb Vie is ensured by assisting in the development of an internal code system/examination review system as a sales information provision activity supervision department in accordance with relevant laws and regulations (pharmaceutical machinery law, proper advertising standards, sales information provision activity guidelines, etc.), industry standards (pharmaceutical cooperation codes, material preparation procedures, fair competition rules, etc.) and Abb Vie internal ethics/regulations relating to promotion activities, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Main job description:

  • Operations related to formulation/revision of in-house codes
  • Services related to education/training
  • Operations related to monitoring
  • Deviation-related operations
  • Operations related to challenges/escalations from implementation departments, etc.
  • Examination of various promotional materials
  • Review work for slides of lectures, etc.
  • Pre-examination/review consultation/inquiry handling services
  • Secretariat operations such as the Examination/Supervisory Committee/Scientific Advisory Board/Mutsuki Association

Role details:

  • Formulation and revision of Abb Vie's in-house code in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Cooperative Code
  • Planning and implementation of education/training on various codes/rules, etc. related to promotion activities
  • Risk analysis and examination of countermeasures through continuous activity monitoring
  • Deflation related support (including VVR)
  • Response to challenges/escalations from implementation departments, etc.
  • Establishing review standards for lecture slide reviews and ensuring consistency of review comments
  • Appropriate review of examination standards and processes, and disseminate and thoroughly implement them to the commercial department
  • Pre-examination consultation and response to inquiries
  • Functional operation support for review and supervisory committees and scientific advisory boards
  • Collection of information on other companies through Mutsuki Association

Required competencies and experience:

  • Practical experience in supervisory department work or material review work in the pharmaceutical industry (3 years or more)
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant laws, industry norms, internal rules, etc.
  • University graduate or above (pharmacy, medical recommendation)
  • People with experience on the Pharmaceutical Cooperative Committee, etc. (preferred)

Education and training:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (recommended for pharmacy, medicine, law, etc.)
