Moving mountains together – as **Maintenance Manager (all genders)**you are responsible for technical availability of manufacturing, packaging and logistics equipment. You are developing strategies for organization and execution of maintenance program for operations in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Your main responsibilities:

Evaluation and optimization of equipment, technical standards and manufacturing processes
-
Develop strategies and execute global Maintenance Excellence Program
-
Manage multiple, often concurrent site projects/programs
-
Support site project/program strategy to align and achieve key customer business objectives
-
Anticipates trends and business needs and prioritize accordingly
-
Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
-
Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
-
Active role in planning, monitoring and control of investment budgets
-
Provide leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff
How you move mountains:

Master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent technical experience with demonstrated expertise and 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience
-
Hands-on experience with telemetry technology integration
-
Demonstrated effectiveness working across cultures and within complex matrix environments internationally
-
Several years’ management experience, including direct team leadership and the development of high-performing teams
-
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a solution-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities
-
German and Englisch both business fluent
-
Ability to work independently, proactively prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs and regulatory developments

Success in negotiating, influencing, and reconciling differences while driving organizational objectives
