Role Overview:

As a Product Specialist in the Allergan Aesthetics team, you are responsible for driving the marketing and sales success of innovative aesthetic products within the region. You will actively support clinicians and specialists, build lasting customer relationships, and strategically expand our market presence, with the patient always at the center of your efforts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales targets, key brand indicators, and marketing objectives for assigned products and territory

  • Build durable, trust-based relationships with clinicians and specialists, understanding customer needs and delivering win-win outcomes

  • Independently increase sales, market share, and customer base

  • Strategically plan and execute effective call plans to optimize customer coverage and sales opportunities

  • Manage multiple brands/indications according to strategic guidance

  • Identify and realize cross-selling opportunities (e.g., Vistabel, Vycross, Harmony Ca)

  • Conduct market analysis and share insights with teams to align and adapt brand strategy

  • Differentiate Allergan Aesthetics’ value proposition to maximize brand performance

  • Professional reporting, analysis of territory performance, and effective use of marketing materials

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and presence at relevant events

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and other departments

  • Comply with all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements

  • Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical science or pharmacy is a must

  • Proven field sales experience (preferably in aesthetics or a therapeutic area) and a strong sales track record

  • Demonstrated in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive expertise

  • Strong business acumen with strategic and critical thinking skills

  • Advanced digital skills (Veeva CRM, CLM, MS Office, etc.)

  • Analytical, creative, motivated, and results-driven with a high level of initiative and team spirit

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex information appropriately to varied audiences

  • High customer focus, adaptability, and willingness for continuous professional and personal development

  • Good command of English
