Reporting to Parkinson’s Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for;
-
Supporting long-term and annual Brand/Commercial strategies and tactical plans defining specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with brand planning process and Brand Team direction.
-
Diagnosing and analyzing brand, market and competitors through gathering customer insights and competitive information; identifying drivers and refining segmentation based on customer needs.
-
Coordinating the development of sales objectives, strategies, in field team materials, advertising, promotion program and market research activities and ensuring their execution.
-
Implementing tactical plans, communicating clearly and proposing responsibilities allocation to cross-functional team members and in-field team.
-
Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with related stakeholders as appropriate (e.g. in-field visits, remote engagement.).

Guiding and implementing innovative omni-channel marketing activities, including both traditional and non-traditional partnerships, to strengthen brand messaging across all channels.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Science or related field,

0-3 years of sales or marketing experience,

Demonstrate high level of impact and influence within a matrix environment,

Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills,
-
Strong innovation attitude, cognitive flexibility and project orientation,

Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills,

Good level in written and spoken English,

Good command of Office Programs.
