岗位职责：

• 执行公司既定的销售策略、计划、目标和预算，挖掘业务机会，并完成公司产品在指定区域、目标医院/机构的推广；
• 洞察客户机会，挖掘并掌握客户需求，能够为客户赋能，提供专业的支持和培训等；
• 建立、完善和维护良好的目标客户群网络；
• 协助地区经理和市场部等跨部门人员，落实执行公司的各类项目；根据所负责机构/医院特性定制化调整，使执行效果最优；
• 遵循商业行为准则，合法合理开展业务活动；
• 上级主管安排的其他任务。

任职条件：

• 本科及以上学历，医药/医疗器材相关专业优先；
• 3年左右医药/医疗器械相关类产品的销售经验；
• 良好的客户管理能力和团队合作能力；
• 良好的学习及数据分析能力；
• 乐于接受挑战并有良好的抗压能力；
• 有医疗美容产品相关行业经验的优先考虑。
