Join us as a Product Specialist for Allergan Aesthetics. In this dynamic role, you will execute tailored sales and marketing strategies within your assigned territory, building strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. You’ll promote innovative medical aesthetic products, drive educational and professional development activities, and organize impactful events like symposiums and round tables.

  • Execution of the sales and marketing strategy within the assigned territory for the portfolio of Allergan Medical Aesthetics International Brands.

  • Promotion of products to physicians, in order to meet the targets, as set out according to the Company's standards.

  • Coordination and development of relationships with healthcare professionals, for the purpose of improving patients’ quality of life, by contributing to the education and professional development of specialists.

  • Ensuring the implementation and achievement of targets in the annual business plan, as communicated by the National Sales Manager.

  • Developing and maintaining proper relationships with all clients, as well as with opinion leaders, who can become local/national promoters of promoted products.

  • Drafting and providing activity and/or market reports - as required by the direct manager

  • Active participation in all company development/training plans set out by the company.

  • Attending all the trainings organized by the company in order to improve their medical knowledge of the promoted products, in order to permanently be able to provide to the entire portfolio of clients they visit (pharmaceutical specialists) accurate and complete information on the medicinal products they promote.

  • Correctly and fully reporting to the qualified person responsible for pharmacovigilance in the company, of any information regarding the use of the medicinal products they promote, with particular reference to any adverse events reported by the medical-pharmaceutical specialists they visit - while strictly following the internal pharmacovigilance procedure of the company.

  • University degree.

  • Ideally, minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • English language skills at least at an intermediate level.

  • Strong communication abilities.

  • High motivation and drive.

  • Excellent persuasion and influencing skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial capabilities.

  • Solid organizational and planning skills.
