JOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for Troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, field
modifications and repair on designated equipment.
-
Order and manage repair parts cycle times and Preventative Maintenance schedule.
-
Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service
records in a timely manner.
-
Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
-
Maintain tools and standard test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
-
Ensure to meet Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory
requirements.
-
Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
-
Work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
-
Adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and company procedure.\
QUALIFICATIONS: Describe the minimum education and experience, including knowledge, skills and abilities, required to
successfully perform the job. List any certificates and/or registration required.
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or related fields
-
Experience in servicing Capital Equipment or equivalent service fields. Experience in the medical equipment industry,
diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment is preferred.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service
process.
-
Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
-
Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to
easily understandable manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed resourceful environment, work independently, manage multi-task activities
with shifting priorities, work productively in a pressurized environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Strong time management skills, Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills, Ethical and trustworthy

Handle and process customer feedbacks/complaints/product experience in timely manner and according to Abbott Global
Commercial Quality System, Abbott Medical Asia’s and Abbott Medical country’s policy and requirement
