Role Overview
The Manufacturing operator will follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards.
What You'll Work On
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
- Be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED

- Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment
Shift & Pay
- $23/hr
- 12-hour Night shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Every other weekend off

Significant Work Activities
- Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
- Continuous walking for prolonged periods (more than 2 hours at a time in an 8 hour day)
- Lift, carry, push or pull weights of more than 20 pounds/9 kilos on a regular/daily basis
- Wear ear plugs
- Work in a clean room environment
