JOB DESCRIPTION: 岗位职责:

  • 负责市场准入工作(医保卫生):熟悉中央各部委相关单位,包括但不限于国家集采、国家医保、卫生基药;支付方式改革等;
  • 熟悉医保系统、卫生系统,有能力快速建议关系渠道,维护相关部门对接工作;
  • 负责政策解读:国家医改等重要文件分析,结合业务实际情况分析其政策影响、风险,提出相关策略建议;
  • 负责重要国家级、省级学、协会对接:有能力对接各项重点课题研究、政策法规研究、能够进行相关竞争性课题的独立对接和开展工作,并撰写研究报告;
  • 负责跨部门沟通:根据政策文件与跨部门及时对接解读分析文件,内部撰写相关文件报告,收集整理各部门政务需求并有能力根据需求对应相关中央各部委,进行相关业务诉求传递;

岗位要求:

  • 教育背景:临床或者或药学相关专业
  • 工作经验:3年及以上中央政务工作背景
  • 专业能力:熟悉国家部委;特别是医保、卫生系统,熟悉国家级相关学协会
  • 英文可作为工作语言
