The Opportunity

This position works out of our Mexico location in the Established Pharmaceutical Division. We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory. We are looking for a specialist professional individual contributor.

What You’ll Do:

  • Over the course of 3 years, OPDP member will engage in three critical career experiences to accelerate learning.
  • There will be 3 different assignments in different divisions or in different functional areas of Technical, Supervisory and Operations Excellence.
  • There will be development & experience through rotation opportunities in Engineering, Operation Excellence, Production, Plant Quality, Supply Chain, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s in engineering or related disciplines
  • Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Operations – Engineering, Plant Quality, Supply Chain, etc
  • Operations related internship experience will be an advantage
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has the capacity to apply skills and knowledge to address operational challenges and add value to the business
  • Eager to learn and has the flexibility and willingness to work on different projects
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership abilities and proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal)
