This is an individual contributor role working under limited supervision. The role requires the ability to understand specific technical needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities to apply engineering knowledge effectively.

Develop, procure, install, and test packaging systems and materials for medical device products.

-
Apply knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO standards) related to packaging testing, validation, labeling, and documentation.
-
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present packaging recommendations or updates to management.
-
Support sustaining engineering activities (e.g., responding to requests, addressing product or packaging issues, “firefighting” when necessary).
-
Use Wind Chill or similar document control systems (experience with Wind Chill is a plus).
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelors Degree in Engineering plus 2–3 years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably within the medical device industry.
