The Opportunity

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Vascular division in Diegem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Area FP&A Manager and commercial leaders across the region to deliver high‑quality financial insights, support decision‑making, and help drive value creation.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the timely and high‑quality submission of financial requirements in partnership with commercial leadership• Deliver standard financial analysis across the full P&L, with focus on revenue, margin, and operating expenses
• Proactively develop new ways of analyzing performance, trends, and commitments
• Identify and drive value‑creation projects together with the Area Finance Manager
• Act as a business partner across the organization, providing clear and actionable insights
• Liaise with EMEA entities and act as point of contact for requests from Division and the EMEA finance community
• Support ad‑hoc analyses and participate in strategic or system-related projects as needed

Who You Are:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail• Experienced user of Excel and data‑cube systems (HFM, Hyperion, Cognos, etc.); SAP experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Able to take ownership and follow through on responsibilities
• Motivated, dynamic, and collaborative
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting, preferably in product-related industries or Sales & Marketing environments (Medical Technology is a plus)
