JOB DESCRIPTION: 主要职责 Core Job Responsibilities

  • Leading the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of processing failure, define corrective and preventive action and complete relevant investigation report in time.
  • Lead production continuous improvement projects in cost saving, powder loss reduction, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvement, Cleaning/flushing improvement and operation standardization
  • Act as mentor for yellow belt project in operation department and provide support to the mentees to complete their projects
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) project, capable to develop suitable process parameter for the new product and provide technical solution
  • Involve in engineering projects and support User Requirement Specification (URS) development, and Installation Operation Qualification (IOQ) activity. Lead Performance Qualification (PQ) and provide technical solution to the team.
  • Support quality projects in micro, packaging integrity, product identification, extraneous matter and human error reduction etc. Involve in FMEA and capable to identify and risk on the process.
  • Responsible for production process performance tracking and analysis on the monthly basis, capable to identify and abnormality and provide solution action.
  • Provide powder manufacturing technical support to automation team to improve the reliability of current processing control system
  • Develop technical training material and deliver the training to operation department technician

最低学历要求Minimum Education

  • Degree and above, and major in science, pharma, chemical, food engineering or related discipline

最低经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required

  • At least 5 years of work experiences in multinational manufacturing companies of dairy, chemical or pharma industries
  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing process experience or CI project management experience. Experience in dependently leading projects is preferred.
  • Good lean or 6 Sigma knowledge
  • Effective communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Good read, write, listen and speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiar in tools usage:PCS7, InfinityQS, Minitab, M-files, Track Wise
  • Good quality awareness and familiar with GMP & HACCP, FMEA, change control, validation
  • Good data analysis skill
  • Skillful of MS Power point, Excel and Visio
  • Good self-motivated and self-learning ability
  • Good and systematic logic thinking and anticipation
  • GB certified
  • Equipped with project management knowledge and skill
