担当エリア(中四国)において、当社i-STAT（迅速ポイントオブケア検査機器）の販売活動を通じ、市場拡大とシェア向上を推進いただくポジションです。

• 担当テリトリーにおける販売計画の策定・実行

• 主要顧客（病院、クリニック、研究機関、動物病院等）との関係構築

• 医師、看護師、臨床検査技師など幅広い医療従事者／HCP への製品提案

• 製品デモ、臨床現場での使用方法説明、導入支援

• 市場情報・競合情報の収集とフィードバック

• 社内プロセス、各種規程（例：薬機法関連手順）に基づいた正しい業務遂行

必須スキル（Required Qualifications）

• 営業経験（業界不問）

• セールスとしてのコミュニケーション能力

• 広いエリアを担当できるスピード感があり、フットワーク軽く行動できる方

• 新規営業や飛び込みにも抵抗がない前向きさ

• 細かい指示がなくても、自分で考えて動けるタイプ

• 成長意欲があり、新しい領域に挑戦したい方

• 医療機器担当経験

• 新規開拓経験
