Why This Role Matters:

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the availability and compliance of our test equipment. You’ll collaborate with talented engineering teams and contribute to solutions that keep production running smoothly and patients safe.

  • What You’ll Do

  • Build and qualify electrical and mechanical test equipment to ensure production continuity.

  • Design and innovate new test equipment based on priorities, including validation of equipment, non-product software, and test methods.

  • Take ownership of equipment availability and repairs, supporting the entire equipment lifecycle.

  • Drive improvements through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to equipment.

  • What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 3+ years of experience as an electrical or mechanical engineer.

  • Strong understanding of electrical equipment and circuits.

  • Proficiency in CAD design and troubleshooting electrical equipment.

  • Familiarity with software (ideally C#) and debugging.

  • Experience with injection molding and validation processes (EIQ/EOQ & NPS) is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Test Stand is an asset.
