The Opportunity

This position works out of our Plano, TX location in the Neuromodulation Division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

What You’ll Work On

  • Supervise daily activities of production personnel, including scheduling, task assignments, and workflow coordination.

  • Monitor production metrics such as productivity, schedule adherence, quality performance, and compliance with safety standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements (FDA, SAMHSA, TUV, CAP‑FUDT, etc.).

  • Report quality issues immediately and participate in investigations and corrective actions.

  • Oversee preparation and processing tasks, including sample preparation, extraction, data review, or equipment operation depending on product line (e.g., GC/MS, LC‑MS/MS).

  • Conduct daily meetings with staff to discuss production status, upcoming schedules, and operational issues.

  • Provide coaching and disciplinary guidance when SOPs or policies are not followed.

  • Support training of new employees on processes, equipment, and quality requirements.

  • Ensure proper documentation, including production reports, shift handoffs, and compliance records.

  • Promote a safe work environment, ensuring staff follow safety protocols and required lab/production practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Diploma

  • Minimum 4 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Life Science, or Operations-related field, such as:

  • Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Manufacturing Engineering

  • Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry

  • Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Quality Management

  • Or a related discipline
