MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Business HR serves as a strategic partner to functional and site leaders. This role delivers comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, strengthens site engagement and communication, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, and enables organizational performance through effective people strategies.
The position requires strong HR expertise within manufacturing-site environments, advanced stakeholder management capability, and the ability to influence and support leaders in a fast‑paced global healthcare organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.

Strategic HR Business Partnering:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Provide data‑driven HR insights, coaching, and solutions to enhance team and organizational effectiveness.

HR Policy Implementation & Advisory:

  • Interpret and execute corporate and division HR policies with a strong business‑centric perspective.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR programs and processes across the site.

Talent Acquisition & Organizational Staffing:

  • Support workforce planning, hiring, promotions, internal movements, and organizational announcements.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to secure and place talent aligned with business needs.

Talent Development & Succession Planning:

  • Lead development planning, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation activities across assigned departments.
  • Manage succession planning processes to build sustainable talent pipelines for key roles.

Employee Relations & Legal Compliance:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of labor laws and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, mitigating legal and organizational risks.

Site Engagement & Culture Development:

  • Strengthen communication channels and partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Support initiatives to improve collaboration, trust, and team effectiveness within the site.

HR Processes & Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage HR operations across staffing, compensation & benefits, employee communication, career development, and mobility.
  • Ensure high‑quality HR service delivery throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) - Business Administration
  • 8–10 years of HR experience with broad exposure across multiple HR domains.
  • Mandatory experience working in a manufacturing‑site HR environment.
  • Strong understanding of staffing, employee development, compensation & benefits, and communication processes.
  • Solid knowledge of Korean labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, coaching, mentoring, and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Business‑level English proficiency, including participation in conference calls
