Reports to: CRM & SFE & Digital Manager
Role Purpose:
Provide operational support to Commercial Excellence and SFE activities, ensuring accurate reporting, proper tracking of KPIs and smooth execution of commercial processes across the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support daily SFE operations, including collection, consolidation and basic analysis of sales force activity and performance KPIs.
- Prepare simple reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI or CRM extracts) to support Sales and Marketing decision making.
- Contribute to segmentation & targeting maintenance (updates, data checks, basic quality validations).
- Assist in monitoring field execution (call activity, coverage, frequency, sampling compliance) and highlight deviations for follow‑up.
- Support coordination of commercial plans by tracking execution steps, updating trackers and organizing documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support for sales team processes (territory files, target lists, call plan updates, activity forms).
- Gather feedback from the field through interactions with District Managers or Sales Representatives and document insights for the senior Com Ex team.
- Assist in preparing materials for internal meetings, training or CRM/SFE workshops.
- Support correct use of CRM and reporting tools by helping users with basic questions and identifying simple data issues.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and data‑quality guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, commercial operations or analytical roles.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Health Sciences, Marketing or similar.
- Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with CRM or BI tools is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn SFE processes and commercial KPIs.
- B2-C1 English level.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of commercial or sales processes (preferred).
- Ability to work with data sets, perform simple analyses and identify basic trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within structured processes.
- Good communication skills and team‑oriented mindset.
- Curiosity and drive to improve ways of working.
