  • Design, build, test, and deploy critical Power BI reports, ensuring strong user adoption and high data quality

  • Partner cross‑functionally to improve business decisions through effective use of data and insight

  • Own and maintain data governance processes, ensuring reports and datasets meet due‑diligence and compliance standards

  • Create and maintain technical and solution design documentation

  • Manage code migration across development, testing, and production environments

  • Collaborate with local IT teams to design and optimise database objects (tables, views, indexes) for performance

  • Lead large analytical projects, delivering milestones on time and to agreed scope

  • Provide continuity support for monthly dashboard refreshes and critical reporting cycles

  • Ensure third‑party data providers deliver value for money

  • Maintain the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality

Essential:

  • Degree‑level education (ideally with modules in computer science, data analysis, statistics) or equivalent relevant experience

  • Strong, demonstrable experience delivering end‑to‑end Power BI solutions across multiple data sources

  • Advanced expertise in Power Query and data modelling within Power BI

  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of producing high‑quality, error‑free outputs

  • Experience transitioning from Qlik View / Qlik Sense to Power BI

  • Technical experience with tools such as SQL Server, Alteryx, R, VBA, JavaScript, or similar

  • Exposure to predictive analytics techniques

  • Experience working with healthcare and pharmaceutical data, including IQVIA, NHS ePACT, or Salesforce data
