Purpose of the Role: As a Manufacturing Shift Lead, you'll support and develop a dynamic team, ensuring production targets and schedules are met. You'll implement processes that boost productivity and maintain our fast-paced, inclusive environment. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be crucial in this shift-based role, where assertiveness and decision-making in a fast-paced setting are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet manufacturing schedules and produce the required volume and product mix.

• Support problem-solving for plant and equipment to achieve quality and production goals.

• Achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.

• Contribute to creating work instructions and operations procedures.

• Complete performance excellence assessments and development plans.

• Lead efforts to protect human health, safety, and the environment.

• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.

Education and Experience:

• Third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Business, or a trade certificate in Engineering.

• 4 years of experience in a similar environment preferred.

• Experience in strategic gross margin improvement projects.

• Team leadership experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
