The Opportunity

  • This position works out of our Quito
  • Ecuador location in the Nutrition Division.

Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Do

  • Lead the conception, planning and budgeting of all in-store activities, including point of sale materials and promotions. Develop in-store strategies based on customers/products. Work with Sales and Marketing to develop national plans

  • Responsible for the supervision of the administrative activities concerning Trade and POS execution, checks and solves problems related to campaigns communication, interacting with the sales team.

  • Deals with Trade customers area , following up on orders and supports the sales team providing statistics and managerial reports.

  • Manage point of sale materials (including budget, logistics, distribution and product mix) by finding the most efficient solutions. Ensure flawless execution at the Point of Sale (POS). Support sales representatives.

  • Work with product managers to develop promotional campaigns and product communication programs. Ensure these campaigns are replicated at the Point of Sale (POS).

  • Work with sales team to incorporate "compelling sales stories" into sales tools. Effectively communicate brand/product strategy and marketing plans to customers through sales team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years
