This Position reports to:

Early Career Program Specialist:

Your Role & Responsibilities:

In this training, you will control and document business processes and manage files and data. They obtain quotes, compare costs and keep an eye on payment terms and delivery times. They process orders and monitor on-time delivery. In addition, you will process complaints, such as transport damage and non-compliance with delivery conditions. You will be involved in financial accounting and auditing and process sales orders in sales. In addition, you will support the organisation of events and take on tasks in the areas of human resources and administration.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • This position is an apprenticeship (training) according to the Austrian vocational education system. Applicants must meet the legal requirements to start an apprenticeship (e.g., completion of compulsory schooling, residence in Austria or appropriate authorization).

  • Organizational skills: Industrial clerks organize projects and work processes, so a structured way of working is important.

  • Communication skills: You are in contact with customers, suppliers and business partners, so language skills in German and English are required.

  • Independent work: Personal responsibility and initiative are fundamental to the profession.

  • Ability to work in a team: Collaboration with colleagues and other departments is important.

  • Reliability: Punctuality and accuracy are required, especially in human resources and accounting.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 1.223,52 gross/month as of May 2025.
